Free Consultations

 

We offer all new customers a FREE 10-15 minute consultation which is a good option if you are unsure about purchasing online services. There is no cost to book or cancel. Please just give us plenty of notice if you wish to cancel.

Free Classes & Events

 

Everyone get's try a class for free - just make sure you email in ahead and let us know. We are looking for sponsorship opportunities to be able to host free fitness events for the local community across Barnet & Enfield. Sign up to the newsletter to stay informed.

Chargeable Services

 

1:1 personal training and small group training requires payment upfront and is non refundable for existing clients. New clients are entitled to a taster session for £10.

Deposits & Charges

​

We reserve the right to request a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking for certain events which must be paid at the time of booking via the website. 

​

Full payment will be required 2-days before the events are scheduled to go ahead. 

​

Cancellations or changes of appointment times within 48 hours of your booking may incur a charge up to 50% of the value. 

 

If you fail to attend your appointment, or cancel on the day of your booking, the session(s) will be charged at their full cost.

Refunds

 

Holding deposits are non-refundable.

Your right to cancel 

​

You can cancel your purchase for any service within 7-days and there will be no charge if we have not commenced with any chargeable work. Downloadable items are excluded from this and subject to T&Cs for refunds. 

 

If you cancel an appointment within 72-hours and no work has been undertaken by the coach - you will not be charged. 

​

Online bookings and any packages which contain multiple sessions need to be cancelled within 24-hours (for each appointment) to avoid being charged. Missed sessions will be deducted from the total number of sessions purchased.

Please make sure you read and accept the terms of service and familiarise yourself with our refund policy.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

Downloading Skype

 

Consultations will be offered via Skype. Please make sure you download Skype onto your computer, tablet or phone prior to your consultation and add roberta_style_lee

 

• You must test that Skype is working before your FREE consultation commences. Please do this at least 60 minutes before if you are not experienced using it.

• We cannot be held responsible for the time it takes for you to set Skype up - if you are unprepared at the agreed time, the time used to set it up will be deducted from your appointment. 

• We cannot guarantee the quality of service via Skype as it is a third party app that relies on the internet and internet service providers - therefore should Skype be unavailable or the internet go down we will reschedule your appointment to another day. 

• Skype is a third party app and all support for the installation, use and terms of service  must be reviewed on their site.
